The Original Allegro Marinade was formulated in 1955 by a family who developed the marinade for their restaurant. Soon, customers were requesting the marinade be bottled and sold. The success led to the family focusing solely on Allegro Marinades. The restaurant’s unique blend of flavorizing and tenderizing ingredients became commercially available in the consumer marketplace over two decades ago, making it the pioneer liquid marinade in the arena of specialty foods.
